Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines when refunds are applicable for services purchased from SuperOne Consulting.

1. Hosting Services

• Shared Hosting / VPS / Cloud Hosting:
  Refunds may be requested within 7 days of initial purchase (first-time orders only).

• Renewals, upgrades, and add-ons are non-refundable.

2. Dedicated Servers

• Dedicated servers are non-refundable due to hardware and provisioning costs.

3. Domain Registrations

• Domain registrations, renewals, and transfers are non-refundable once processed.

4. Services & Consulting

• One-time services (website setup, optimization, consulting) are non-refundable once work has started.

5. Abuse & Policy Violations

No refunds will be issued if services are suspended or terminated due to:

• Policy violations

• Abuse

• Illegal activities

6. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as account credit, at our discretion.

7. Refund Processing Time

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to process.
